On behalf of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association (FOMA) District Society 2, Frederic F. Porcase, Jr, DO, and Majdi Ashchi, DO, Program Chair invites your company to be an exhibitor at the 14th Annual Cardiovascular & Medicine Symposium. This event will be held April 11-14, 2013 at the Renaissance World Golf Village Resort, St. Augustine, Fl Over 400 Cardiologists, Internists, Primary Care Physicians, Physicians Assistants, and Registered Nurses attended last year¹s conference and we anticipate more attendees this year. The Exhibit space is open starting Friday April 12th through Sunday April 14th. The Exhibit includes a 6 foot table and two chairs. All the breaks and lunches Friday through Sunday will be held in the exhibit room. The Exhibit space is $5000.
